Collectors' Circle
The Petrus Wandrey Collectors’ Circle is built around non-fungible tokens, each serving as a transferable access key to selected works from one of the most distinctive artistic estates of postwar Germany. Each token grants membership in an international community limited to 1,000 members, together with defined acquisition rights to original works from the estate.
Petrus Wandrey (1939–2012) is regarded as the founder of Digitalism, the postwar German movement that anticipated the visual language of the digital era, long before it became an integral part of our everyday culture.
His work explored the intersection of science, imagination, and technology at a time when these ideas remained outside the established artistic discourse. Today, his œuvre continues to gain relevance as our world catches up to what he saw first.
The Petrus Wandrey estate has been under the stewardship of the Sabatier Gallery since 2012 and today comprises approximately 2,000 works, including unique sculptures, paintings, and graphic editions. The Sabatier family maintains close exchange with his widow Ute Janssen, as well as with the collectors and institutions that have accompanied Petrus Wandrey's work over the decades.

One token. One œuvre. One circle.
We developed a structured access system that uses blockchain technology to create a curated gateway to this prestigious estate.
Non-Fungible Tokens serve as a transferable digital access key, granting membership in an exclusive international collectors’ circle together with defined acquisition privileges within its respective collection class. Limited to a maximum of 1,000 members, the initiative invites a new generation of collectors to participate in the continuing legacy of Petrus Wandrey and DIGITALISM.

The collection is organised in two classes:
Member and Master. Each class defines the range of works that may be acquired, from prints and graphic editions to unique paintings, sculptures, and large installations.
Each token features the image of an existing work from the Petrus Wandrey Estate, with edition sizes reflecting the original edition structure where applicable. These images provide the curatorial framework of the collection and do not represent or certify ownership of the depicted artwork. The token functions exclusively as a transferable access credential through which defined acquisition rights within the Collectors’ Circle are granted.
Token holders receive priority information on newly available works, invitations to private previews, direct dialogue with the estate, and defined acquisition rights
to selected physical pieces. Membership persists after acquisition. The token remains with the holder as the enduring mark of belonging to the Wandrey collectors' circle, and as the key to what is still to come.

The tokens issued as part of the Petrus Wandrey collection serve as membership and access instruments and do not constitute financial investments.
No yield or value appreciation is promised or implied. Original works by Petrus Wandrey are sold exclusively by the Sabatier family from the estate.
